Overview
Augi Agency Feedback is a Chrome extension that allows users to submit bug reports and feature requests with annotated screenshots. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Data We Collect
When you submit feedback through our extension, we collect:
- Screenshot — An image of the area you select, including any annotations you add
- Page URL — The URL of the page where you submitted feedback
- Email (optional) — If provided, used to notify you when your issue is resolved
- Browser environment — Browser name/version, OS, screen size, viewport, language, timezone
- Console logs — Recent browser console errors and warnings for debugging
- Network errors — Failed HTTP requests (URL, status code) that occurred before your report
- Navigation history — Recent page navigations within the current session
How We Use Your Data
- To create issue tickets in our project management system
- To notify our team about new feedback submissions
- To contact you (if you provided an email) when your issue is resolved
- To debug and reproduce reported issues
Data Storage & Security
- Screenshots are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage
- Your email is stored only if you provide it and is used solely for issue notifications
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties
- All data is transmitted securely over HTTPS

Data Retention
Feedback data is retained as long as needed to resolve reported issues. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
